Randolph was great in assisting me with what I needed. Not only did he provide clear and helpful information, but also took his time to listen to my needs and situation and was able to quickly find options with solutions. Not only does his experience show, but also his genuine care to help others in stressful situations. The counsellor I spoke with was phenomenal. She was so friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to. She helped me consolidate my debt with horrendous interest rates. It happened within a 30 minute phone call. It lowered my monthly payments, and also significantly reduced/erased my interest rates on my credit cards and loans. I feel... a sense of hope with my future financial stability. I could not recommend this organization more - if you're struggling with high interest rates, high monthly payments and so on, do not hesitate to give them a call.

Cathy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered every question I had. She made sure I fully understood the program and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and support.
