First, you will receive an automated email with a secure link to complete your Digital Assessment within 2 minutes. If you don’t see it right away, be sure to check your filtered and spam email folders.

During this process, we will:

Ask about your finances

Work out your budget

Ask about your debts

Review your debt relief options

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to getting out of debt. When you’ve completed your online debt assessment, one of our certified Credit Counsellors will review your information and email you a personalized plan based on the information you provide.

A certified Credit Counsellor will review your Digital Assessment and contact you by email with personalized recommendations by the next business day.
